MY EXPERIENCE

My work is informed by a belief that everybody's life experience matters. I believe that everyone deserves to be heard.

In therapy, I've had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients and welcome adults of all ages to my practice. My principal experience is with young people (18 – 35 yrs), women affected by violence and abuse, refugee and migrant women, and LGBTQ+ people.

Outside therapy, I have worked with young people experiencing homelessness, on mentoring programmes in schools, and in mental health settings.

IN THERAPY I WORK WITH

Relationship issues of all kinds, trauma, anger, anxiety, abuse, identity, panic, isolation, confusion, self-esteem, trappedness, discrimination, hopelessness, cultural issues, depression and loss.
